Advantages of Weaker Theory of Mind
Contrasting advantages:
▪ Person less likely to be influences negatively by
others and more likely to stay on-track
▪ Individual less reliant on ‘positive strokes’
feedback
▪ Person has good internal motivation and does not
rely so much on external motivation factors
▪ Honest and accurate – keeps to role and follows
policies precisely and reliably
