Planning for things to go well






      Adults should work towards children and young people

      experiencing the following:





      1. I have fun! Home and school are great places to be where I


             laugh, smile and feel energised.




      2. Adults help me to plan ways to make sure my 5C Needs are met

             well – they do not leave it to chance.






      3. This plan also helps to keep my blue stress as low as possible,

             so it doesn’t turn into toxic stress.





      4. I have daily opportunities for empty my stress balloons – a two-

             minute disco, a walk in the woods or fields, gardening, exercise,


             cloud watching or mindful breathing minutes.
