The Wheel of Life
We looked at the Wheel of Life in one of our
first sessions.
It is a way of thinking about the things that
are going well for us and the things that are
not going so well.
This can help us work out the most
important things to focus on to improve.
We talked through a few things:
▪ Connecting and finding a group of friends you feel comfortable with and
feel you have things in common.
▪ Getting a job / going to college.
What do you feel are the most important things for you at the
moment?
Which of the parts of the Wheel of Life are you happy with?
Which of the parts of the Wheel of Life would you like to be better for
you? What would you like help with?
