How strong are your brain habits?
I explained how the things we say and do can become brain
habits. Do you hide and freeze? Do you avoid? Do you run?
Let’s say, whenever we don’t feel we count,
we avoid talking about it.
Instead of dealing with the prickle and Do you mask or bury?
Do you throw?
I’m I’m
telling the person we are feeling bad, we go scared!
to our room and spend hours on a
computer.
If we keep doing this, the brain pathways for avoiding the
things that are not so good for us become stronger.
in the end it becomes a strong brain habit.
