Stress Busting to help the brain





                                                             work at its best










                  Over time, if the stress response is activated again and





                  again, stress chemicals in our body get fixed up high.









                  High levels of stress chemicals in the body make it




                  harder to manage when our needs are not met well.









                  The stress chemicals get so high that only a little bit





                  more causes us to react in a threat response.








                  It is important to have regular routines to keep stress




                  low; we call this Stress Busting.
