Things to Explore and Practice
1. Keep a Needs Diary
We will focus it on Attention Control for now.
At the end of each day note down in your Needs Diary:
When did you find it easier to focus attention on the right thing?
What was helping you to do this so well?
Look through the Needs cards to help you decide.
When did you find it harder to focus attention on the right thing?
What was making it more difficult?
Look through the Needs cards to help you decide.
Put them into three piles:
1. This was not part of why I was finding it hard
2. This may have been playing a part
3. This was definitely playing a part in why it was difficult for me
I will send a Needs checklist to help. We can look at your diary when we
next meet.
