2. Chunk tasks into smaller
tasks and lower your stress levels
Ask an adult to help you chunk the tasks you need to do into smaller parts
– or put on a 10 minute timer (start off with 5 minutes if 10 minutes is too
long).
After the chunk / ten minutes, take 3 minutes to relax, lower the stress in
your body and reset.
