This time we focused on physical needs.
































































































































                        There are a few needs that you and your dad feel make a bigger difference













                        to your brain being at its best:






















                        ▪ Regular snacks (or you get hangry!)
























                        ▪ A task being at the right amount of interest























                        It is helpful to keep thinking about what you need to be at your best.





















                        This means you will be able to prepare to be at your best rather than













                        leaving it to chance.
































                                                                                                                                                  I explained that when our needs are met well, something





















                                                                                                                                                  actually changes in our body. Special natural chemicals are





















                                                                                                                                                  released into our body. This makes us feel great!





















                                                                                                                                                  We call these natural chemicals ‘Feel Good Chemicals’. I’ll





















                                                                                                                                                  explain more about these in our next session.
