We looked at some cards to show other skills that are linked to
Executive Function Skills:
We looked at some mistakes you had made in the maths papers. The questions
were about sequences.
We checked your understanding of negative numbers which was ok – though a
bit more practice may help your brain to work out the sequences more quickly
and confidently.
I think the main reason you made the errors was because your brain found it
harder to self-monitor and check everything was correct.
The good news is that you can train your brain to get better at that.
