Stress Responses


               Recognising and exploring stress responses is vital so everyone can notice the early signs and ‘catch the prickle’.











































                               They can be tiny (a huff, sigh, unkind giggle with friends).
                               They can be huge (running away, punching, gang behaviour).


                               The better a person can notice the early signs of stress, the

                               easier is it to ‘catch the prickle’.
