▪ These states are the most helpful for relationships,
rest and emotional and physical repair.
▪ This feeling of safety helps with sleep, reading, meditation,
eating, positive interactions with others, learning and play.
▪ The more active of these states involves a level of pleasurable
sympathetic arousal.
