DECIDE & PLAN
Decide: What new habit do I want?
Plan: What habit? Where? When? How often?
PREDICT
What could go wrong? E.g. I may forget to do the
habit. I may do it well at the beginning but
get bored.
PLAN TO SUCCEED:
What could I do to make sure it goes to plan
e.g. I could keep a book by my bed so it is a
reminder as I get into bed. I could keep other
distractions away from the bed so I am not
tempted to e.g. look at my phone. I could
choose a book I know will absorb me.
