                      63. Throughout the Summer and Autumn of 2016, Kingsley Napley and the Claimant
corresponded regularly on the information required for disclosure to Diamond Insurance.
The AIG personal accident policy was not disclosed by either the Claimant or easyJet.

S.12 FLOUNCE AND RETURN: SEPTEMBER 2016
                      66. In September 2015, the Claimant went again on sick leave. He was under pressure and
very difficult to live with. His relationship with LPJS was strained and he moved out of
Nutley Place 44 to stay with friends. LP JS suspects he had second thoughts because he was
broke, unemployed and had nowhere to live. He returned - very contrite - to Nutley
Place after a couple of days and he and LPJS tried to rebuild their relationship •
                                                                                           45
                      67. In September and October 2016, the Claimant was paid £144,890.92 46 by easyJet and
£250,046.00 by Hiscox for loss of his licence. The payments improved his mood, but
only in the short term. He was still anxious about the Diamond Insurance claim which he
viewed as his "windfall" and "life changer ...
