IT IS ORDEED THAT:-

1. Any application by Antho Siggers for a variation pursuant to S31 MCA 1973 by way of _orders for sale
or otherwise on the basis of the alleged findings by Louise Siggers to use her best endeavour procure his
release from the mort of the former matriml home as set out In the Order of District Judge Bowmn
dated 5th November 2010, must be issued by 18th December 2017.

2. Such applications if issued shall be listed to be heard with the application for variation Usted on 6th March
201 s at 10am at the central FamllY Court with .a time estite of 2 days. Such an appltkm: sllaf be
supported by a sworn statement, which shall be filed and serv no tater than 4pm on 8th January 2018.

3. Part 4(b) of the order of Recorder Tidbury shall be discharged and Louise Sigger shaft file and serve by
no later than 4pm on 25th January 2018 a swam slatement detaing within:

(1) her resp to 1he stateme of Anthony Siggers dated 22nd November 2017 concming the
application for variation of periodical payments.

(II) The statement of Anthony Siggers dated 8th January 2018 with his application for variation by way
of an order for pie.

(Ill) any application issued by her for entorqement of the periol paymems order.
