4. The Application of Louise Siggers issued on 5th December 2017 be refined to only deal wHh:

(a) the appUcation for an order Inquiring Anthony Siggers to provide further infonnatlon / documents
pursuant to alleged defcclencies In the response of Anthony Siggers to the questionnaire approved by
the court on 25th October 2017 and

(b) Any application for a production order against Wills LTD shall be Usted for a hearing on 161h
Janua,y 2018 al 1 Dam before a District Judge with a time estimate of 2 hours at the Central Family
Court

5. Louise Siggers shall lodge wHh the court an indexed/paragraphed bundle by 12th January 2018 which
shall Include

(I) a copy of the approved questionnaire (Recorer Tldbury 25th October 2017)

(II) a list of alleged deficiencies in regard to answers by Anthony Siggers in response to the
QU8$ti0nnalre.

(Iii) any further information/doments sought

(Iv) a fully particularised list of any documents sought by way of a production order for WIiis L TO.

6. Upon Anthony Siggers agreeing and undertaking to provide by 14th December 2017 to Barclay's Bank
the necessary authority to pennlt the sum of £50,000 to be wHhdrawn from the mortgage account/top-up
account as set out in paragraph 2 of the application. Liberty to apply if Anthony Siggers falls to provide the
necessary documentation.

7. Cost in the application.
