a. The case will be listed with a time estimate of four days;

b. The trial will be listed in the trial window commencing 23 November 2020.

10. The case will be listed for PTR (with a time estimate of one hour) in the week of 12 October 2020.

11. At the PTR, the court will consider (amongst other matter) whether all of the witnesses whose evidence
has been filed by any of the parties is required to attend court to give oral evidence at the final hearing and the
time estimate for the final hearing.

12. At least three clear days before the PTR, the Claimant must file with the court and send to the other parties:

a. Draft directions;

b. A chronology

c. A case summary.

13. Neither the PTR nor the trial may be listed before Deputy District Judge Robinson, who must have no further
involvement with this case, having conducted an FOR-type hearing.
