     1. The Particulars of Claim shall stand varied as follows:



           a.  the last six words of paragraph 18 shall be omitted. The paragraph shall end after the words "children
      of the Defendants".

         b. the figure in paragraph 19 and in paragraph (b) of the Prayer shall stand varied so as to read "£7 5, 509.01 ".

           For the avoidance of doubt, the court does not require the Claimant to file a fonnally amended Particulars
      of Claim.

      2. The first Defendant's application to allow her father. to act as a McKenzie friend at this hearing is allowed.

      IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT:

      3. The first Defendant's application to allow her McKenzie friend to e,xercise rights of audience at this hearing
      is refused.

      4.  The first Defendant's application for the appointment of an Advocate to the Court pursuant to CPR PD3G
      is refused.


      5.  The first Defendant's application to adjourn the Costs & Case Management Conference in order to enable
      her to seek pro bono legal advice pursuant to CPR PD3G is refused.

      Disclosure


      6. Disclosure of documents will be dealt with as follows:

            a.   By 4pm on 25 .February 2020 the parties must give to each other standard disclosure of documents
      by list and category;

            b.  By 4pm on 17 March 2020 any request must be made to inspect the original of, or to provide a copy
      of, a disclosable document.

           c. By 4pm on 31 March 2020 any request must be complied with unless objection is taken;

          d. By 4pm on 7 April 2020 each party must give to each other and file with the court a list of issues relevant
      to the search for and disclosure of electronically stored documents pursuant to CPR PD31B, or must confirm that
      there are no such documents.

      Evidence of fact

      7. Evidence of fact will be dealt with as follows:


           a. By 4pm on 9 June 2020 the parties must send to each other copies of the signed statements of themselves
      and of all witnesses upon whom they intend to rely and all notices relating to evidence;

           b. Without the specific permission of the court, oral evidence will not be permitted at trial from a witness
      whose statement has not been served in accordance with this order, or whose evidence has been served late;


            c.  By 4pm on 23 June 2020 the first Defendant must send to the other parties and file with the court an
       estate agent's market appraisal relating to the property Nutley Place, School Lane, Uckfield, TN22 3PG which
       must be dated in the previous 21 days.

       Trial

       8. The parties shall file the pre-trial checklist by 4pm on 21 July 2020.
