12. At least three clear days before the PTR, the Claimant must file with the court and send to
the other parties:
a. Draft directions;
b. A chronology
c. A case summary.
13. Neither the PTR nor the trial may be listed before DDJ Robinson, who must have no further
involvement with this case, having conducted an FOR-type hearing.
