The applicant shall provide a letter from his employers annually by 31 July
each year (and at any time he receives any significant increase in his contractual
pay in the interim) until 31 July 2021, setting out his gross and net pay for the
preceding year together with his annual P60.
Recitals
18. The applicant shall not act in any way that prevents Mr Solheim from being
repaid the sum he paid towards the mortgage secured upon the former family
home and shall cooperate with the Respondent in writing to the mortgage lender
confirming he consents to Mr Solheim being repaid the £500,000 Mr Solheim
paid into the mortgage account.

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT:
Order for sale
19. In the event that the respondent is unable to procure the release of the applicant
from his obligations under the mortgage secured on the family home, the family
home shall be placed on the open market for sale by 31 July 2021 and the
following shall apply:
a. the property shall be sold for a price in excess of the liability under the
mortgage or in default of agreement determined by the court;
b. both parties shall have conduct of the sale;
c. such solicitors as may be agreed between the parties, or in default of
agreement determined by the court, shall have the conduct of the
conveyancing work relating to the sale;
d. such estate agents as nominated by the respondent shall offer the property
for sale; and
e. the proceeds of sale shall be applied as follows:
1. to discharge the mortgage;
ii. in payment of the solicitors' conveyancing costs and disbursements
in connection with the sale;
iii. in payment of the estate agents' charges;
iv. in payment of the balance to the respondent.
Indemnity in respect of the mortgage secured on the former family home
20. The respondent shall indemnify the applicant against all such liability under the
mortgage secured upon the former family home.
