The global rate shall be reduced pound for pound by any order made by the
CMS against the applicant for the benefit of any of the children.

25. The global rate shall be reduced by £1,084 in the event both children cease to be
privately educated.

Payment of Arrears of Maintenance

26. The applicant shall pay to the respondent a lump sum of £28,604.75 in
instalments as follows:
a) an amount up to an equivalent to 75% of any net bonus received within 14
days of the payment of any bonus. In the event that payment is less than
£28,604.75;
b) an amount up to an equivalent of 75% of any further net bonuses received
within 14 days of the receipt of the bonus until the entirety of the

£28,604.75 has been paid.
27. The applicant shall provide to the respondent a letter from his employers
confirming whether or not he has received a bonus in the preceding year and if
such was received the net amount annually by 30 June each year.

28. It has been agreed that the sum of £28,604.75 represents the total sum of arrears
pursued by the respondent and any other arrears claimed to predate this order
are remitted.

School Fees

29. Paragraph 3 of the order of District Judge Bowman is dismissed.

Costs
30. There shall be no order as to costs.

Liberty to apply
31. The parties shall have liberty to apply to the court concerning the

implementation and timing of the tenns of this order only.
