        Dear  Lou,

        The email below came overnight (22.21)

        My schedule as a pdf is attached Sigve's claim rev 3

        I would like to respond to him as follows:

        Dear Sig,

        There are a couple of corrections I must make to your email.

        Firstly, I never said that the timing of your separation from Louise did not benefit "any of us". In fact, when
        you dropped the bomb in my lap I made it very clear that I believed the timing was overwhelmingly in your
        favour and could be construed as abandonment as a direct result of Anthony's financial support for your
        life-style being reduced.

        You cannot have forgotten my disappointment (with you) that you sat through Lou's recent court cases,
        never once correcting your assurances that your relationship with her was sound and that your long term
        plans were to stay together were firm. Five weeks after Anthony's obligations were reduced you took the
        decision you did. I cannot accept the two developments were unrelated. I told you I would never forgive
        you for remaining silent. If you had announced your decision to scamper off before the final hearing, Lou
        would still be in receipt of maintnance from Anthony.

        I told you that although you may not have a legal obligation to support Lou, your moral duty was
        clear. You repeatedly pointed out the work you had done on the house and costs you had incurred, blah,
        blah. I suggested that this merely offset the minimal contribution you had made (over 8-9 years) towards
        living costs in a very expensive house. You said you understood this and would do all you could to help. It
        seems you have had second thoughts.

        Secondly, Lou does not accept that your clothes were thrown on the drive. They were carefully packed ,
        secure and clean, ready for your collection. The reason you were banned from the house was because on a
        previous occasion you had turned up unannounced and forced your way in when only he kids were
        present. You had no right of entry and I believe Tom said he would call the police if you did not leave.

        I will review your schedules (with which I do not agree) but please provide me with:

           •   Details of any written loan agreements you had with Lou;
           • The evidence on which you separated "gifts" from the costs and loans you hope to claim against
               equity in the house;
