I do agree with your solicitors that litigation is best avoided: especially in this case. I will do my best to
mediate between you and Lou to reach an amicable and fair solution but your claims - of £702,568
(amounting to a 57% equity in the house) - are non-starters.
If a fair and economic rent (not the minimal monthly amounts you paid) for your share of co-habitating
expenses over 8-9 years, free holidays in Portugal etc. etc are applied and offset against any genuine costs
and loans a balance may be due to you, but it is nothing like the figure you suggest.
I understand that you are pressed for money to pay for a luxury boat (or is it a fourth Porsche ?) rather than
to send Cameron and Robyn to private schools. Lou is not in a position to pay anything to anyone until
Nutley Place is sold. This, as you know, will take months, so I guess you must do what you feel you have to
do with Dawson Hart. (DH) It will not be a one-sided fight.
Please tell DH that I am committed to a fair settlement, but I guess this falls short of your avaricious
ambitions. If not, let me have the information I have requested and we will take it from there.
Sincerely,
Mike

Dear Jean and Mike,
Since I haven't heard from you, I assume you both don't want to be involved and I fully understand that. I
am sorry to have dragged you into the dispute I have with Louise. The reason I contacted you is because I
really wanted to avoid any court proceedings.
Tomorrow I have no other option than to ask Dawson Hart to act for me. I also have many personal
belongings missing, amongst them is my private paperwork which has been removed from my files, spare
keys to my Cayenne and 911. Also missing is all the keys to my Classic sports car and Harley Davidson so I
am unable to collect them as I have now organised storage for them.
In the haste of crumbling all my clothes and personal possessions into flimsy bags leaving it all in a heap on
the drive, I guess things just got lost and disappeared into thin air??
Kind regards,
Sig
