It does not surprise me that you were unwilling to accept my offer to mediate and instead instructed
Dawson and Hart to issue a demand for immediate repayment of "loans" you claimed to have made to
Louise. You know that these assertions are mainly untrue and that the claims and your other actions
including forcing entry to Louise's home (and removing property) when you knew she was away - and
demanding immediate repayment of money you know is not due, ignoring her wish that you should not
pressurise me and Jean amount to harassment.

I suggest you draw this email to the attention of your lawyers without delay. There were never any loan
agreements and items you have hitherto admitted were gifts (see attached: based on your email to me) you
now claim were loans. You seem unable to tell the truth. You sponged off Louise for eight years, paying far
less than your share of joint costs. The "gifts" you made were compensatory. You continued to bombast
how generous you had been making these gifts and never once implied that you considered them to be
loans (with the possible exception of recent school fees). You continually puffed how generous you were
buying cars for Sam and Louise, land, horse boxes etc. etc. "Poor old Sigve: look how generous I am".

You sat back and said nothing about leaving Louise and by your silence permitted Anthony's release from his
maintenance obligations. YOUR DEVIOUSNESS COST LOUISE MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS FOR LIFE. I
suspect this was a planned and cynical manipulation to try to reclaim contributions you now misrepresent as
loans. I have no doubt that if Anthony had been ordered to continue with maintenance payments (thereby
subsidising your living costs) you would still be living in Nutley Place.

I am putting you on notice that if you continue to harass Louise with demands you know to be false and
defame her to the friends (which she introduced you to) you will face the most serious consequences.

My offer to try to mediate (either directly with you or preferably with your lawyers) remains open. So I
suggest you drop your position of "poor old Sigve" the victim, tell the truth and face reality.

As you know I spent more than 200 hours helping with your multiple insurance claims. I had not planned to
charge you for this, but if you continue to harass Louise, I will do so.

Yours (and remaining disgusted by your behaviour)

          Michael Comer
