Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) o ers
comprehensive doctoral programs
across disciplines like Engineering,
Commerce & Management, Basic &
Applied Sciences, Health Sciences,
and Law. DSU boasts well-quali ed
faculty members and encourages
interdisciplinary research.
The Ph.D. programs are available in
both full-time and part-time modes.
The selection process involves an
entrance test and interview, with a
focus on interdisciplinary areas. The
program duration is three to four years
for PG quali cation holders and four to
ve years for 4-year degree holders. A
one-year extension would be provided
based on recommendations.
Eligibility criteria include speci c
academic quali cations, and relaxation
applies to SC/ST/OBC/Di erently-
abled categories. DSU promotes
interdisciplinary Ph.D. in areas with
relevant Masters or 4-year degree
quali cations, emphasizing research
proposals submitted during the
application process.
