Animal Adaptation

Bull shark -Habitat: Fresh and salt water.

                           Structural adaptation:
-It has less competition to find
food as there is no other sharks
                           live in fresh water.
-It has sharp teeth to cut its prey’s
                           flesh.

-It uses countershading. It has a

dark back and white belly to
                           sneak up on prey.

                           Behavioral adaptation:
-It hunts during the day and night,
so it can surprise its prey.
-It eats all types of food.

Countershading: a camouflage strategy in which the

animal’s color is darker on the back and lighter on the belly.
