The Prudential Bank has guaranteed a follow-up inspection of the hotel premises to verify that building violations are corrected quickly and has promised to keep in close contact with the committee. However, the bank has refused to call a meeting with the hotel owners and the Ad Hoc group.%u201cMore direct action is now indicated,%u201d spokesmen for the committee say. %u201cLegal funds are badly needed for future committee action and the community is asked to send contributions to the Ad Hoc Committee for a Safe Pierrepont Hotel, care of Howard Zimmerman, 63 Montague St.%u201dMERCE CUNNINGHAM & DANCE CO.: Mar. 22 , 23, 24, 8 p.m. Brooklyn Academy of Music.
