What it does mean is that the cost of the program cannot be included in the formula that is used to determine the amount of money Blue Cross pays the hospital a day for patient care, said the announcement.Blue Cross is terminating its coverage at LICH and four other hospitals in Brooklyn and Na sau in an effort to provide an incentive for the institutions to discontinue their open-heart surgery4? %ANTIAmerican Town and County FurnitureCirca 1690Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, PineColonial Slat Back,Shaker,Bostonand Lincoln RockersPark Slope207 - 6th Ave. (corner of UNION St.).Three Blocks From GrandArmy Plaza^ D u f aW %u25a0 %u25a0 ft# V |\\ W l VA D a K u A A MB '*** V I f t 'the R&D Trainshours: 11:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.^ ^ n c lu d in g Sundays (212) 789-8151^programs. The bill, Solarz says, was passed without enabling legislation and the clause which would allow for reimbursement to bondholders if the venture does not work out. %u201cThis is the first such legislation in a decade or so,%u201d Solarz says, adding that without state backing the bonds will not be sold.Believing in the attempt to reverse the Borough downtrend, and acknowledging the beginning development of the Downtown Brooklyn area, plus the turnabout in the Brownstone neighborhoods, Solarz nevertheless feels that the immensity of the task of rebuilding much of the Borough, must be recognized. %u201c The tremendous social and economic problems can%u2019t be washed away with puerile chamber of commerce rhetoric,%u201d he declares.LATE TAX RETURN?%u2014Remember, There is no penalty for late filing if the government owes you money, & you have up to 3 years to claim a refund. 145 Henry St. THE TAX ADVISOR 624-7347| i t t %u00bb * t * * * * i t4 LIKE TO flflUfc UM *fp N E P :iJT IflST?
