Currently the spanking clean white and green restaurant with gazebo-like lattice work features mainly juices, salads and sandwiches. But soon, a more complete menu with daily lunch and dinner specials will be offered.In addition to a full line of foods, BACK TO THE LAND also stocks five lines of vitamins, natural ingredient cosmetics and soaps, juices and yogurt makers at discounted prices and a selection of natural food handbooks and cookbooks including the books of two Park Slope residents, Carol Getzoff and Lynne Skrezco.Ginny notes that nutritionmindedness becomes a way of life once you begin to question the eating habits that long term conditioning foster.
