January 10,1974 PHOENIX Page?Meet to ChangeBoro YouthUnder the auspices of the Brooklyn Association for Mental Health, the January conference, the second in a unique series of meetings designed to seek positive change in children%u2019s and youth services in the borough, will take place Sat., Jan. 12 at St. Francis College, 180 Remsen St. from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Among those participating in the January conference will be representatives of more than 35 agencies including educational and health related organizations. At the initial session in December at the New York City Community College, 155 persons were present. The focus of this month%u2019s conference centers on a continuation of dialogue between agency representatives, youth and the community, with the goal of establishing more effective delivery of service to the young.Dr. Henry Hicks is chairman of the BAMH Conference PlanningHeilbroner atHeights SANE%u201cThe Human Prospect%u201d will be the subject of a talk by Dr. Robert Heilbroner at the Brooklyn Heights SANE Public Forum, Wed., Jan. 16.The Forum, which is free, will begin at 8:30 p.m. and will include a question and answer period. Refreshments will be served. It will be held at the First Unitarian Church, Monroe PI. at Pierrepont St.Dr. Heilbroner, a member of SANE%u2019s National Board, is Norman Thomas Professor of Economics at The New School.ServicesCommittee. He also is senior geriatric social worker and family therapist at the Community Mental Health Center of Maimonides Medical Center. Molbert is the dance instructor at Kingsborough Community College and has had extensive experience teaching Ballroom and Latin Dancing at colleges, resorts, religious and recreational institutions.Registrations are now being accepted for the eight week course.
