The participating shopkeepers have agreed to remain open on WednesNew EateryTo Open onHenry StreetSomething new is coming to the Heights -- a new Chinese restaurant, Peking Palace scheduled to open at 114 Henry St. in early June. The newly refurbished restaurant, which occupies the site of the former Candlelight Restaurant, will offer Mandarin and Szechuan cuisine for lunch and dinner.M- Jo eph Ho, owner of the Peking Palace, is planning a well designed operation with a full service bar. But despite the elaborate Oriental motif and decor, the cuisine will be the most outstanding feature at the Peking Palace, as will be the reasonable prices.Chef. Y.S. Wang hails from Taiwan and is a master cook and menu planner. His speciality is homemade noodles which he makes without the aid of a machine. Mr. Ho has also enlisted the help of Hung-Yeo Hsu, a designer from Taiwan, who has executed several wall plaques for the restaurant.Peking Place will be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight.OLL
