The YWCA also offers its %u201cJr. Dip%u201d swim for kids every Wednesday and Saturday.A MUSICAL FOR KIDSFor a smaller-scale diversion, there%u2019s the Alonzo Players%u2019 production of the musical %u201cHuggy Bean and the Origin of the Magical Rente Cloth.%u201d The show brings the popular black character doll to life as she brings her message of world peace and the joys of African culture to kids of all colors.Call for Artist ProposalsThe Flatbush Development Corp. is seeking artist proposals for four mural sites, each approximately eight by eight feet and winners will be those that best reflect the diverse ethnicities of the Flatbush community. The mural sites are located on the rear outside wall of the Church and Caton Avenue subway station.Each artist will receive an $800 honorarium and some materials for the project. Deadline for submitting proposals is Jan. 5 and the project will be completed in the spring.
