D .SUBWAY ASSAULT: One ofthree youths that allegedly attacked an 18-year-old man in the Fourth Ave./Union St. subway was arrested at !2'.30ant, Nov. 22 t?y Officer Robert Fornal of the 78th Precinct, at Third Ave. and Schermerhorn St. Jimmy Santiago, 16, of 2217 University Ave. in the Bronx, is accused of putting a knife to the chest of the victim, slashing his right thumb, throwing him to the ground and hurting his left knee, and threatening to shoot him unless he surrendered his money. Santiago is charged with robbery, criminal possession of a dangerous weapon and assault.RADIO STEAL: Officer Richard Puntillo of the 78th Precinct arrested a 14-vear-old minor at 10:50am on Nov. 22 at Carroll St. and 6th Ave., after the juvenile allegedly stole a radio from a 12-year-old and threatened to stabhim if he told anyone about the incident. The boy is charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property.WALL PANELLING: Robert Rios, 27, of 632 Douglass St., was arrested by Officer Charles Davenport of the 78th Precinct at 8:30pm on Nov. 24. for allegedly breaking into a property at 393 Douglass St. When Davenport observed him inside the building, he was in possession of wall panelling and tools; he is charged with burglary and possession of burglar%u2019s tools.BROKEN WINDOW: For allegedly breaking a window in a building at 476 Clinton Ave. and making off with a 21%u201d color television set, Ernest Jordan. 40, of 147 South Oxford St., was arrested at 8:30 n n Nov. 24 by 78th Precinct Lutcer, Charles Davenport. Jordan is charged with burglary and criminal possession ofstolen property.PURSE SNATCH: One of two men that allegedly stole a purse from a 54-year-old woman at Fifth Avenue and Berkeley Place was arrested by 78th Precinct Officer Edward Casamassima on Nov. 24 at 11pm. Gerry Luna, 17, of 379 First Street was arrested at his home and is charged with grand larceny.SNEAKER SNATCH: Three minors were arrested on Nov. 26 by Detective Charles Baker of the Transit Police. The 14-year-old and two 15-year-olds were nabbed after they allegedly overpowered a 16- year-old male at Atlantic and Claremont Aves., wrestled the boy to the ground, and took off his sneakers. They then took him with them into the train, forced him to stay with them and warned him to %u201c keep his mouth shut,%u201d for his own good. All three minors are charged with robbery and unlawful imprisonment.CROSSFIRE: At 11:20 pmon Nov. 26, John Cuceurullo, 40, of58 Garfield Place, stepped out of his house into the path of gunshots allegedly fired by Joan Polsino, 26 of 682 Union St. Cuceurullo then allegedly pulled out a pistol of his own, returning her fire. Both were then arrested by Officer Alan Heron of the 78th Precinct, and rharged with attempted assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of dangerous weapons.SEXTET CAPTURE: Afterthey allegedly fired one shot out of a .22 calibre rifle at a 16-year-old male, six people were arrested by 78th Precinct Officer Thomas Coyne at 10pm on Nov. 26. The six, Gerard Maya, 21, of 256 56th St., Marcus Dejesus, 20 of 271 62nd St., Lus Tagan (female), 23, of 134 Washington Walk, Sammy Maisonet, 21, of 234 57th St., Corey Silva, 21, of 271 62nd St., and Joe Diaz, 18, of 5422 55th St,, were all caught at Butler St. and Third Ave., and are all charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a dangerous weapon.MASS BEATING: One of agang of 15 assailants that allegedly beat a 22-year-old woman with their fists and baseball bats at Lincold PI. and Fifth Ave. on Nov. 26 at 11pm was arrested by Officer Thomas Coyne of the 78th Precinct. Gustavo Martinez, 16, of 150 Fourth Ave., is charged with assault and criminal possession of a dangerous weapon.KNIFE THREAT: Andre Cruz, 20, of 57 Fourth Ave., was arrested on Nov. 17, at 10:45pm by Officer Joseph Fusaroof the 78th Precinct. Cruz, allegedly threatened a 22- year-old woman with a knife in front of his home, and is charged with menacing and criminal possession of a knife.REFRIGERATION STEAL:For allegedly stealing a refrigerator from a house at 82 Fifth Ave., Hector Rosa was arrested by 78th Precinct Officer Charles Davenport on Nov. 27 at 8:50pm.
