She w as knocked unconscious. When she woke up, she had an 8-inch laceration on the back of h er head, and w as m issing $50 in cash. She stum bled down in the lobby and collapsed. She was taken to Brooklyn Hospital.ARREST ROBBERS: A 17-year-old boy walking to school a t the com er of G reene and Clerm ont Aves., June 11, a t 10:40am w as a p %u00adproached from behind by two young m en. One grabbed a %u201cyellow m etal%u201d neck chain with a letter %u201c R %u201d pendant, and fled. The victim chased them , and one stopped, displayed a six-inch kitchen knife, and kept running. The teen stayed in pursuit, and eventually the two w ere nabbed by Detective M ichael Schultz. They a re Tyrone Bess, 18, of 1 C um berland Walk, and a m ale juvenile, 15.BEHIND TH E BUILDING: A 30-year-old m an w as robbed a t gunpoint behind the building complex a t 333 Lafayette Ave. a t 9:15am on June 11. Two m en 20-22, w earing ski m asks, rode up behind him on 10-speed bicycles and stopped, one in front of him , one in back. The one in front pulled a gun and told him to %u201c give m e the bag.%u201d The m an handed over a brown leather briefcase containing $1003 in cash, $800 in money orders and checks, $15 in m iscellaneous tools. He w as then told to lie down on the ground. The two fled, with the briefcase.F L E E T MUGGERS: A 51-year-old m an w as robbed by two m en, ages 19-21, when he entered the lobby a t 59 F leet Walk. The m an says th a t the perps w ere in the lobby when he w ent inside. They put a gun to his head and told him to give them his money. This occurred a t 6am on June 12. The m uggers took $59.AVON MAN: A 38 year-old m an w as pushed up against the wall in his B altic St. lobby on Ju n e 10 a t 10:50pm by thieves who took $175 and a $75 box of Avon cosm etics from him .GUN IN NECK: At 12:45am on June 8, a 34 year-old m an w as approached from behind by two perpetrators. One held a black hand gun in his neck and told him to %u201cGive it up.%u201d He handed over $270, and VISA and M astercard s, and w as then forced to lie on the ground while the perpetrators fled from the incident a t Baltic and Smith Sts.PU LLED INTO STATION: A m an, 42, while walking on Jay Street on June 8 at 9:20pm was pulled into the Jay S treet subway station by three m en who approached him from behind. One of the m en held him around the neck and held a knife to his ribs while the other two went through his pockets. One of the m en hit him on the head and knocked him to the ground. They escaped with $1380 in cash and $300 in jewelry.ON B IK E :: A 28 year-old m an was stopped by a m an who approached him from behind on a bike while he w as walking down Bergen S treet between Hoyt and Bond S treets at 1:00am on June 11. The m an asked him , %u201c Do you know what a knife is,%u201d and then rem oved his property and cut the victim %u2019s finger in the process. The perpetrator fled West on Bergen S treet with a $1,000 chain.RAPIST ARRESTED: Ism ael F ebrez, 31, of Sands Street, w as arrested after he raped a 31-year old wom an on June 6 in the park opposite Bridge Street. The victim was approached by Febrez while 3he w as in the P a rk House and he told her he w anted her and put a knife in her side and took her to the p ark where he told her to undress. After rap %u00ading h er he put his hand on her neck and said he would kill her if she told anyone. P.O. A rcher was drunk and was causing a public disturbance when an officer, who was called to the scene a t the com er of Dean and Flatbush noticed the gun in a holster carried by Archer.STREET ROBBERY: A 40-year-oldfem ale was robbed a t gunpoint on June 7 on St. John%u2019s Place between Sixth and Seventh Ave. Charles B eard, 18, from B ergen St. was arrested , and two other m en rem ain a t large.STOLE A M EX :: A m an w as arrested at 711 Union St. on June 7 at 10am for crim inal possession of stolen property. The p erpetrator w as drunk and subsequently slopped and asked io provide ine officer wiui som e identification. A stolen A m erican E xp ress Card was the offered ID.CHANGE PU RSE TH IEF: At large is a m an, 24, who robbed a 58 year-old fem ale atthe entrance to h er hom e a t 505 Eighth Ave. The woman w as walking up the street to her home and asked by the m ale, who was pretending to ring the doorbell about a fictitious person living in the building. He m en stole her change purse.SPRAYED IN FA CE: A 34-year old woman walking on Hoyt S treet between Dean and Pacific Sts. w as confronted by a m an and a wom an identically dressed who asked her for her wallet. When she presented her sm all change purse, the m an told her they w anted the other wallet, and ordered her to take off her glasses. When she complied, the woman, who wore a veil on h er face, passed a sm all cannister to the m an. He sprayed her in the face and the two fled with $75 in cash.JEW ELRY AND CASH: A 24-year old woman was in the hallw ay of 305 Henry Street was grabbed around the neck from a m an who cam e up behind h er on June 10 a tBoost Uniformed PresenceIn an effort to suppress drug related crim es, the Housing Police and the city police have joined forces to facilitate the presence of uniformed police officers in and around South Brooklyn%u2019s Gowanus Houses. Three officers will perform uniform patrol, working together a t designated tim es to perform vertical patrol within project buildings. %u201cThey will rotate tours of duty and days off and this type of patrol will hopefully increase these officers%u2019 knowledge of the residents of Gowanus Houses,%u201d says William Liell of the Patrolm en%u2019s Benevolent Association%u2019s Housing Police D epartm ent.Patroling at Gowanus Houses will be,from left: P.O. The escaped with $2 and the m an %u2019s sneakers.TOOK R ID E : A c a r service driver was robbed of $80 and his 1977 Chevrolet on June 7 a t 8:30pm, when two custom ers he w as driving pulled a black gun from a towel, took his money, an left him a t Union and VanBrunt Sts.SUBWAY PICKPOCKET: A m an, 38, who board the northbound #3 train a t Nevins Street on June 6 a t 7:48am had his waliet taken from his pocket by two m en who followed him onto the train. When the victim left the tain a t Hoyt S treet and dem anded his wallet returned one of the m en pulled out a knife, and told him to %u201cget out of here.%u201d The two escaped with $125 cash.FLED WHEN THREATENED: At 1:30am on May 29, two m en, 43 and 40, approached a 39-year-old m an a t Adelphi and P ark Ave. and asked him for money. He said he didn%u2019t have any, but one of the two said to the other, %u201c He has money,%u201d grabbed him , and put him in a headlock, while the other went tlirough the m an %u2019s pockets. When he tried to resist, the m an going through his pockets cut a t him with a kitchen knife.
