Paula Daniel, director of special programs, launched the ceremony by presenting two clowns, Thia Calloway and Scotti Davis of the Salt and Pepper Mime Company, who cavorted and involved the kids in their performance.But soon enough, it was time for the big event %u2014 the presentation of the awards. Park Ranger Kevin Jeffrey, who got the traditional contest re-started back in 1983 presided over the events, sponsored again by Abraham and Strauss Department Stores.First Prize, a bicycle, was won by Pecolo Gonzales, for biggest fish, (an 11 1/4%u201d long bass).
