Capernwray Bible School Visit

Capernwray Australia is an international Bible School and Conference Centre based in
the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Students come from all around the world to
discover more about God’s Word, how to live in a Christian community, and how to share
all they have been learning in practical outreach and ministry in the local communities.
As part of the “Aussie Road Trip” course, 6 students and 2 leaders travelled across
Australia for 4 weeks sharing the gospel and assisting in ministries throughout Victoria,
SA, and NSW. During their week at Harvest (Week 4), the team had the opportunity to lead
sessions with all ages from Foundation to Year 12, and share with them more about God’s
Word, open up their testimonies, and enjoy some exciting team building games. They
also led the Secondary Chapel, where Torge - a student from northern Germany - had the
opportunity to share his story.
As a follow up to the sessions at Harvest, the Capernwray team hosted a Youth Night at
Copper Coast Baptist Church on Wednesday evening, which was well attended by Harvest
students, and led to deeper conversations and fellowship throughout the evening. They
also had the opportunity on Thursday to hold koalas at Gorge Wildlife Park - which was a
trip highlight for many team members!
Thank you to all those who supported the team in their time at Harvest - from giving them
a bed, to feeding them, and for praying for them as they continued in ministry in Coober
Pedy the following week.
