On Friday of Week 2, our Year 8
students attended the Science
Alive STEM Day Out.
Students had the opportunity to
engage with early career scientists
and engineers, and take part in
interactive workshops and STEM
challenges.
A fun and informative day was had
by all!
Science Alive STEM Day
As part of the Vetamorphus Program, our students have the opportunity to spend time
with fellow students across the state in a Retreat. Students work together to create a
community where biblical values are lived out, those being belonging, connection and
respect. The theme of our recent third Retreat held at Temple Christian College Adelaide
in Week 3, was ‘Identity in Christ’. Attendees had the opportunity to hear some fantastic
testimony and encouragement from keynote speakers. Worship and prayer was driven by
the participants, and new friendships were made whilst sharing some yummy food along
the way.
