On Wednesday of Week 8, our Year 12 Food & Hospitality students collaboratively planned, prepared and presented a three-course meal to 10 guests on Wednesday afternoon, showcasing Australia’s diverse cultures’ influence on the Food & Hospitality industry.

Students researched cultures that influence Australian cuisine
and selected dishes that reflect these. They also worked to uphold healthy eating practices in selecting ingredients and preparing the dishes.
The guests were treated to an entree of tomato bruschetta and Caprese salad, a South African chicken curry main, and a delicious strawberry tart for dessert.
