                                                 BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
                                                 Ann is a tenured corporate finance executive, board member and strategic advisor. Her passion is
                                                 leveraging her financial and strategic expertise to help organizations scale and grow sustainably.
                                                 Ann brings forth over 29 years of diversified finance experience at Procter and Gamble (P&G). In
                                                 her last role, she was P&G’s CFO for the North America Region, which is P&G’s largest and most
                                                 profitable region across its global enterprise. Ann is qualified as an Audit Committee Financial
                                                 Expert. She currently serves as a board member and the Audit Committee Chair of PARTSiD
                                                 (NYSE American: ID). Additionally, she is involved in several philanthropic and non-profit pursuits,   STRATEGIC VISION
                                                 including the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, where she’s been a board member since 2014. She
                                                 also served as a board member at the Wisconsin School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
                                                 After a long and successful career, Ann retired from P&G in 2018. Following her retirement,
                                                 she took over her father’s construction and steel erection business which operated in
                                                 Wisconsin for over 49 years. After he passed away, she did a strategic dissolution of the
                                                 business and its assets. Ann mentions how she cherished being able to work for a smaller
                                                 organization as the capstone of her career. Additionally, her experience with her family
                                                 business gave her great respect and interest in the AEC sector that Haskell operates.            FINANCIALS
                                                 Currently, Ann advises senior executives, small businesses and start-up companies on areas of
                                                 finance, strategy & development, execution/implementation, as well as diversity and inclusion.

                                                 EDUCATION
                                                 The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bachelor of Business Administration,
