Peter Kinsley
President – Infrastructure & Transportation Group ABOUT HASKELL
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Pete Kinsley manages and leads the Infrastructure & Transportation Group, which is dedicated
to creating exceptional facilities for clients in the aviation, municipal, education, transportation
and water markets. Pete’s career spans 20+ years and includes the successful delivery of
numerous water and wastewater projects for municipal, federal and private clients using
design-build and construction management at-risk delivery methods. During his tenure with
Haskell, he has worked on over 50 projects for a variety of both public and private clients. STRATEGIC VISION
EDUCATION
Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s
degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified General Contractor in multiple states.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Pete’s professional association work includes serving on the National Board of the Design-Build
Institute of America, where he currently sits as vice-chair, and on the Executive Committee
of the Water Design-Build Council. Pete is also a published author and national speaker. FINANCIALS
