(CCD) date of July 16, 2021, and the government continues to issue additional
scope through RFPs beyond the CCD. Haskell is aggressively pursuing
submission of Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs) for the late RFPs
to offset $35,000/day liquidated damages and additional cost impacts of
unilateral modifications the government fails to recognize. Haskell has
submitted Time Impact Analysis (TIA) 3 for a time extension through
January 28, 2022, and is working on TIA 4, incorporating late government
RFPs for additional time. This project is in the final stages of commissioning
and punch list, with turnover scheduled in the first quarter of 2022.
