2022 has presented us an opportunity for a new way of thinking, being, and doing. It holds great promise for
meaningful progress – the kind of progress that results in Transformational Resilience – achieved when
YASH becomes positioned to adapt and thrive in a constant state of evolution. This will ensure enduring
value, and the foundation of a better future.
This is the time to take chances, make significant changes, reset, or rethink, and evaluate all opportunities
that will accelerate our future resiliency. It is essential to seek change as a choice rather than opting
for change out of necessity. But, with boundless opportunities in front of us, how do we know we are
pursuing the right ones? It will take much experimentation to discover the best strategies and solutions for
YASH. Now is the time for bold experiments, rather than being certain of the outcome, allowing us to assess,
analyze, and iterate until we discover the solution that best achieves our goals.
The world has changed, and we have all been forced to adapt. To truly thrive in the next normal of constant
evolution, we will not only need to embrace change, but we will also need to test the latest ideas constantly.
This will require Hybrid Thinking—balancing opposing concepts that are exponentially better together than
in isolation. This year, we want to introduce you to a new way of thinking: envisioning your desired future,
identifying the most critical problems to solve, and then creating balanced solutions that consider the
entire opposable spectrum. It will ensure YASH is well positioned for success and on the path to
Transformational Resilience.
As Winston Churchill said, “Never waste a good crisis.” Times of crisis in business can lead to overall
improvement, and with the urgency around post pandemic era communications, YASH was faced with
what I would like to consider the “opportunity” to rethink the way we communicate within our organization.
By flattening the decision-making process; altering the speed, mechanisms, and cadence of
conversation; operating with transparency in communications; and proving accountability, we have
unlocked the trust of our team. As we pivot and start to consider what the future looks like, we must also
consider how we will incorporate new ways of doing business.
