CFO & Head-HR, YASH Technologies
One thing is beyond doubt: The future beyond the pandemic, has arrived. Organizations must
understand the uncertainty of change in order to make appropriate strategic decisions. To
understand the impact of the changes to the nature of work, both momentary and lasting, YASH must
first align and invest in a clear set of strategic priorities. Defining these priorities, and seeing them
through, will enable us to derive bespoke value from their financial, human, and technological capital.
The last two years have just been about surviving. Change was forced, extreme, and reactive. But out
of all this disruptive change came something incredible. We learned to work in an entirely unique way.
We
collaborated, innovated, were agile and flexible. The future will continue to be full of opportunities and
challenges. Business models will change. We will explore more flexible production methods tailored to
our customers' needs. We will put people at the heart of everything we do but empower their
productivity with technology, and we will reconnect to each other and the purpose of our organization.
As YASH navigates the NeXT normal, we must balance two fundamental goals: to manage the
operational challenges of near-term decisions and to invest in innovative work and talent models
designed to address customers’ and employees’ changing demands. To achieve these goals, we must
excel in shaping the future, returning to the office, enabling hybrid working models, winning the
competition for talent, understanding trends in jobs and skills, and transforming the operating model.
We have an opportunity to create a future that is more engaging, productive, and humane.
You have all demonstrated our strengths as an organization and made clear that when it comes to
YASH, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. This is because we are an ambitious team that
sets great goals and works hard to achieve them. Throughout the rest of the year, we will be taking a
deeper dive into these themes and the impact they have. I look forward to the exciting conversations
we will have this year as we help you navigate the future.
