I read recently about moving from “panic to purpose” and it makes sense. As leaders, we must provide
support, positive energy, and a sense of hope for the future to help nurture the trust we have built at YASH.
We should also reinforce this through a renewed sense of relevance in times of uncertainty in accordance
with and grounded by our values as we build a bridge to the next normal.
We have recognized that the pandemic has blurred the already fuzzy line between work and home life.
Creating enough space for people to confidently manage work while balancing their unique circumstances
at home has been especially important to us and drives many decisions. We have trusted our associates
from day one and it was the only approach for us to take and it has benefited all of us. Regardless of the
market volatility, our business fundamentals remain strong - we will be there for our customers,
associates, and communities for the long run, while delivering value for our shareholders.
It is time for us to come to terms with the world’s predictable unpredictability. Thanks to globalization and
our growing interconnectedness, the pattern as we go forward will not be the familiar shape of life as we
know it. The “Future of Work” is already here and if we can be assured of anything, it is that its complexion
will change repeatedly. “Leadership” and “adaptability” are now synonymous. YASH brings together
forward-thinkers like you to inspire, drive action and accelerate an innovative approach to the challenges
we face in the year ahead.
The last two years have transformed the way in which we understand business, markets, society, and the
environment. Today, new thinking is required. No country, company or community can tackle this future
alone. To build a better world, thinkers and doers must come together to share ideas, collaborate, and act.
At a time when the truth has never been more important, YASH asks everyone to examine topics from
different perspectives, bringing your passion, experience, and expertise to find new ways forward.
