How did you start working in the Coaching industry?For 15 years, I was the executive assistant for top executives ofdifferent multinational corporations.In 2012, I realized that I was not passionate about my job. However,because of fears and doubts, I was not able to take real decisions tochange anything about my situation. And so, I endured the work that Iwas not passionate about for years. During this time, there was alittle inner voice that relentlessly echoed inside ofme: \paid no attention to that voice. At this time, I did not have a clear ideaand direction about what I wanted to do, and I did not want to lose the%u2018security%u2019 of a job. In 2009, I began to teach singing lessons in a musicschool. It was only for four hours a week, yet these four hours I spentweekly coaching the music students were the only time each week thatI felt alive and purposeful.In 2013, I experienced a heartbreak that tremendously shook me to mycore. This painful experience made me look at life differently, and it wasfrom that point that I began to draw my attention to this little voice.In 2014, despite being afraid, I finally took the decision to quit my jobto work full time as a singing teacher and choir director in the musicschool. I was also in charge of the marketing and administration of thisschool. This was a pivotal point of my life; upon taking this decision itwas as if a huge door had opened for me and new experiences floodedin.With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, Sabrina Rantin has seen first-hand what builds a successful team. For 2.5years, I have held the position of CEO and as aheadhunter for our clients. This was the beginningof an extremely challenging and exciting adventurewith high stakes and responsibilities, and for thefirst time in my life, I felt anchored.
