Drive-In Tot Shabbat

Celebrate Shabbat and Yom Ha’Atzmaut – Israeli Independence Day –
joyfully and safely at Temple Emanu-El’s signature Drive-In Tot Shabbat.
You’ll receive an Israel-themed goodie bag filled with snacks, crafts, treats
and surprises, and enjoy them along with prayers, songs, movement and
stories. Our wonderful playground will also be open, with masks required.
Tot Shabbat is designed especially for families with children up to age
six, but all are welcome to this free event. Celebrate the Jewish state’s 73 rd
birthday at 10:00 a.m. at Temple Emanu-El, 151 McIntosh Road, Sarasota.

Kol HaNeshama Marks Its Own B’Mitzvah

Congregation Kol HaNeshama will celebrate the 13 anniversary of its $36
th
founding with a virtual B’Mitzvah party and Havdalah service at 7:30 p.m. TICKET
Guests will enjoy live Jewish music and “breakout tables” for conversa-
tion. Other highlights include an amusing rendition of the traditional B’nai
Mitzvah speech and greetings from several of the congregation’s founders.
Guests are encouraged to select among a wide range of B’nai Mitzvah
gifts to honor Kol HaNeshama on this important milestone. For more in-
