            Seoul’s 425 districts and Gyeonggi’s 599 districts uniformly
            favored the Democratic Party, a statistically improbable outcome.
            Additionally, over 300,000 invalid ballots nationwide suggest
            potential tampering during vote counting.



                         Impact of Electoral Fraud on Results


            Min argued that fraudulent activity during early voting
            significantly influenced President Yoon’s election outcome.
            Preelection polls showed Yoon leading by 10–15%, yet the #nal
            margin narrowed to 0.73%, an anomaly that Min claimed could
            only be explained by manipulation. He asserted that a recount
            would have uncovered more evidence of fraud.



                    Structural Causes of Repeated Electoral Fraud


            Min identified political motives, attempts to conceal statistical
            evidence, and vulnerabilities in the early voting management
            system as root causes of repeated fraud. He criticized the
            reluctance of statisticians and the passive stance of the National
            Election Commission (NEC), suggesting these structural issues
            perpetuate the possibility of electoral manipulation.
