to West Germany. The implementation of such humanitarian
policies by the surrounding countries led to the collapse of the
Berlin Wall in East Germany.
Unfortunately for the people of North Korea, their neighbor
is China, a country that does not even care about the human
rights of its own citizens, led by a regime that continues to
deport North Korean defectors, a human rights crime. This
crime by the Xi Jinping administration must be harshly
criticized and sanctioned by the international community,
especially by Japan and South Korea, which recognize these
actions as human rights crimes against their own people.
It is precisely the harsh criticism of the Chinese government
by the international community and the effective
implementation of sanctions that will help the people of
North Korea. Therefore, Japan, South Korea, and the United
States, individually and jointly, should firmly establish the
prosecution of both Kim Jong-Un and Xi Jinping before
the International Criminal Court for their persecution of
defectors.
