Hanbyeol Sohn
Professor Hanbyeol Sohn is an Associate Professor in the Department of Strategic
Studies at Korea National Defense University. He holds a Ph.D. in Military Studies
from Korea National Defense University. He was a former Staff officer (J5) under
South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff and former Director of the Center for Military
Strategy at the Research Institute for National Security Affairs (RINSA) at Korea
National Defense University.
