The Anthem employee assistance program (EAP) provides solutions to
help you balance work and life through conidential and easily accessible
services. Anthem EAP puts convenient resources within your reach, and
helps you—and your household members—stay healthy. Anthem EAP
services include the following.
Telephonic counseling
Available 27 hours a day, 7 days a week
Face-to-face counseling
Up to 4 sessions available per household member per situation
Legal services
Financial services
ID recovery
Tobacco cessation
Online support
Telephonic coaching
Child and elder care resources
All employees are eligible to receive EAP services regardless of medical
