UHC Preventive Care Services and Other
Services
By enrolling in either Thompson Coburn HDP, you will have coverage for a number of preventive care
services, including the following:
■ Periodic health evaluations, including tests ■ Child and adult immunizations
and diagnostic procedures ordered in ■ Screening services, including cancer screening
connection with routine examinations, such as and many more
annual physicals
■ Routine prenatal and well-child care
Keep in mind when you receive preventive care services from an in-network provider, the HDP plans pay

UHC provides access to a team of people dedicated UHC ofers a Maternity Support Program which
